This 120 m² attic conversion is a real estate development project that transforms an under-roof space into a bright, contemporary home. A custom wooden boiserie organises the layout, separating the sleeping area from the living space while discreetly hiding the kitchen block and the bedroom door.

Light oak beams, soft plaster walls, and a warm palette define the atmosphere. The living area features a red sculptural dining table, a cosy lounge, and abundant greenery that brings freshness throughout.
The bedroom is calm and textural, while the bathroom pairs deep green ceramics with a striking marble bathtub.

The result is a refined, airy interior where bespoke carpentry and natural materials create a coherent, elegant design.
